About the role

Our wholesale channel is how Planntz reaches people who'd never find us online. As a Sales Rep you'll open new accounts, nurture existing stockists, and be the trusted face of the brand to retailers across your territory.

What you'll do

  • Prospect and close new wholesale accounts across your region
  • Own the full cycle: outreach, samples, pricing, onboarding, reorders
  • Educate buyers on spectrum types, dosing, and lab transparency
  • Hit quarterly revenue targets and keep a clean CRM pipeline
  • Feed market signals back to the team: what's selling, what buyers ask for

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally CPG, wellness, beauty, or supplements
  • Genuinely likable and persistent: you follow up without being pushy
  • Organized self-starter comfortable owning a number
  • Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows and key accounts

Nice to have

  • An existing book of retail or pharmacy relationships
  • Familiarity with the hemp / CBD regulatory landscape
