About the role
Our wholesale channel is how Planntz reaches people who'd never find us online. As a Sales Rep you'll open new accounts, nurture existing stockists, and be the trusted face of the brand to retailers across your territory.
What you'll do
- Prospect and close new wholesale accounts across your region
- Own the full cycle: outreach, samples, pricing, onboarding, reorders
- Educate buyers on spectrum types, dosing, and lab transparency
- Hit quarterly revenue targets and keep a clean CRM pipeline
- Feed market signals back to the team: what's selling, what buyers ask for
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally CPG, wellness, beauty, or supplements
- Genuinely likable and persistent: you follow up without being pushy
- Organized self-starter comfortable owning a number
- Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows and key accounts
Nice to have
- An existing book of retail or pharmacy relationships
- Familiarity with the hemp / CBD regulatory landscape
