About the role
Tinctures only matter if they reach people quickly and intact. As our Warehouse & Inventory Associate you're the calm center of fulfillment, counting lots, reconciling batches against COAs, and making sure the right bottle ships to the right person every single time.
What you'll do
- Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming inventory against purchase orders and lab batches
- Pick, pack, and stage daily customer and wholesale orders with zero-error accuracy
- Run weekly cycle counts and flag discrepancies before they snowball
- Maintain a clean, FIFO-organized stockroom that respects batch expiry dates
- Coordinate with the ops team on restock timing and low-stock alerts
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in a warehouse, stockroom, retail back-of-house, or fulfillment role
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and on your feet for most of a shift
- Meticulous with numbers: you double-check before you sign off
- Reliable, punctual, and happy working independently
Nice to have
- Experience with inventory or WMS software (ShipStation, Cin7, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with regulated or perishable goods handling
