About the role

Planntz lives or dies on craft. You'll be the steward of a calm, editorial brand: designing packaging, marketing pages, social, and the little details that make the whole thing feel considered. You care about kerning the way other people care about breathing.

What you'll do

  • Design packaging, labels, and unboxing details across the product line
  • Create campaign and social assets that feel cohesive and premium
  • Partner with engineering to keep the digital design system tight
  • Maintain and evolve our type, color, and photography guidelines
  • Push the brand forward without losing the quiet confidence it's built on

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in brand or packaging design with a portfolio that shows range
  • Mastery of type, layout, color, and grid: the fundamentals, done beautifully
  • Experience taking print/packaging from concept to production-ready files
  • Strong opinions, loosely held; you take feedback like a pro

Nice to have

  • Motion or 3D skills (After Effects, Blender)
  • Art direction for photo and video shoots
