About the role
Planntz lives or dies on craft. You'll be the steward of a calm, editorial brand: designing packaging, marketing pages, social, and the little details that make the whole thing feel considered. You care about kerning the way other people care about breathing.
What you'll do
- Design packaging, labels, and unboxing details across the product line
- Create campaign and social assets that feel cohesive and premium
- Partner with engineering to keep the digital design system tight
- Maintain and evolve our type, color, and photography guidelines
- Push the brand forward without losing the quiet confidence it's built on
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in brand or packaging design with a portfolio that shows range
- Mastery of type, layout, color, and grid: the fundamentals, done beautifully
- Experience taking print/packaging from concept to production-ready files
- Strong opinions, loosely held; you take feedback like a pro
Nice to have
- Motion or 3D skills (After Effects, Blender)
- Art direction for photo and video shoots
