About the role

Our customers are often new to hemp wellness and have real questions. As a Customer Care Specialist you'll answer them with patience and accuracy across email and chat, turning first-time buyers into people who trust us.

What you'll do

  • Respond to customer email and chat with empathy, clarity, and speed
  • Guide customers on spectrum types, dosing, shipping, and lab results
  • Resolve order issues and process returns or replacements gracefully
  • Log recurring questions so we can fix the root cause, not just the ticket

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year in customer support, hospitality, or a people-facing role
  • Excellent written English with a calm, friendly tone
  • Genuinely patient: you don't rush people who are confused
  • Available ~20 hours/week, including some weekday afternoons (PT)

Nice to have

  • Experience with a help desk (Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom)
  • Curiosity about wellness, supplements, or hemp
